Heey ! I just subscribed this morning and haven't been able to generate anything. I tried three times and everytime it get stuck at 100%. Is there a fix to that ? Is this normal ?

Same problem still happening. While we can't use the app, we're still paying 100% of the price for a service that we get 5% of the time... Make it make sense...

Samee have been trying for days to generate and it either says error or gets stuck on the loading page. But on certain days it just miraculously works again.

We've made some urgent changes to our server overload behind PDF2Anki regarding this issue. We'd appreciate it if you could help us by testing if the error occurs again during the reupload process.
