Hi, I think generating new decks have started to make it slow and now generating decks could be stuck at 10% for a long time, is there a way to fix this without restarting? thank you

Same problem still happening. While we can't use the app, we're still paying 100% of the price for a service that we get 5% of the time... Make it make sense...

Hi, we have pushed a maintenance update just recently regarding the server crash leading it to being stuck at 10% - this should be resolved now.

Just tried it again. Now it stops creating the cards and shows an error message: „an error has occured while generating flashcards“.

Samee have been trying for days to generate and it either says error or gets stuck on the loading page. But on certain days it just miraculously works again.
