Table Formatting Issue – Markdown Tables Not Displaying Correctly

I’m having an issue with the table formatting in my notes. Whenever I try to create a table, it doesn’t display correctly and shows the Markdown code as plain text instead.

I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. Could you please help me fix this issue?
