there are quite some serious bugs

first I cannot delete a flashcard deck, it was showing "producing" and I cannot delete and stop it, another issue is the action cannot be done whenever I tried to fix the flashcard deck with the chat bot. I am very disappointed because it took me a really long time to fix it
