We have released a fix for image occlusion exports to Anki, including incorrect image-file packaging that could prevent an .apkg file from importing. Exports now use native Anki image occlusion notes.
Please refresh Memo on the web and download a new .apkg file, then import it into an up-to-date Anki version. Previously downloaded files need to be exported again. If you still encounter a problem, please reply with the error and your Anki version.
