track apears locked

so i generated a track but only two lessons apear available, the others say locked. when i talked with the ai chat it first stated it was normal and to give it time, still after 35 min the track is still locked. the ai chat says that the track is there and to request for help so here i am

    Hi Amaia, the track has finished generating; waiting longer will not unlock the lessons. Free accounts can open the first two lessons, and the remaining lessons require a paid plan. Memo Agent’s advice to keep waiting was incorrect.
