Unable to generate flashcards

Greetings!

I hope this email finds you well. I am currently unable to generate flashcards as of the moment and this pops up whenever I try to do so (see attached file). Please let me know how we can resolve this issue right away since I have an exam about this soon. Thank you for your understanding and help.
