I am currently using the Memo AI Pro plan, and I received a message saying that I have reached the research usage limit. I would like to upgrade to the Max plan for this month, but when I tried to proceed, I received the error message: 「無法載入結帳畫面,請再試一次。」

Could you please advise me on what I should do to complete the upgrade? If there is any specific step I should follow, or if you need any information from my account to help resolve this issue, please let me know.
