Upload problem

there is a pdf file (285.4 MB) i try to upload to the sources section but it just tell (processing) and it takes a days without any change, i tried to upload it again but no change just (processing)

I want to know if the file is too large and if it is then whats the limit of size i can upload while I’m in unlimited plan
