What does a blank white page represent in terms of visual information?

Bug ReportsTranslationsFlashcards

hi,

I uploaded an image heavy pdf in German (anatomy) of roughly 120 pages and I got only 26 flashcards out of the deep dive function. 22+ of them are “white page” questions (What does a blank white page represent in terms of visual information?).

firstly, memo.cards should be able to read images right? why did it not work?

secondly, please refund me one deep dive search. I am not happy with this result and do not want to waste my quota on a pdf memo.cards cannot read.

thanks

    Hey eliana,

Thanks for reaching out and I'm really sorry for the trouble you experienced with your PDF.

This "blank white page" issue was a bug that we've now fixed in the latest version of Memo 8. Could you please try refreshing the page and uploading your PDF again? It should work correctly now.
