Can't type in one of my Decks chat

I was working with this Deck before using the chat, creating a track etc. no problem. Now suddenly i can’t type into the chat anymore. When i hover my mouse over it it gives me the red crossed out circle symbol. In grey the chat reads “Please react to the above input first” i tried interacting with any buttons in the chat, nothing works. This is the only Deck that has this issue.
